Returns/Exchanges
We love to hear from our customers and help wherever we can. So before you return any items, we recommend talking to our amazing customer support team at customersupport@go-swim.co.uk.
Exchanges:
We all come in different shapes and sizes and therefore sometimes despite every effort the items just don’t fit! But don’t worry. We will happily exchange an item for you. We want our customers to be totally satisfied with your purchase and visit us again. Please send back any returns or exchange requests within 60 days of purchase. For a free returns label please contact us and we will issue you with a returns label via email.
Simply download our Exchange/Returns Form, fill it in and send it back to us with the original item to the address on the form. All you will need to do is pay for the postage cost in returning the item to us.
Please note for all items sent back for exchange, we ask that they arrive back to our warehouse with the original packaging and hang tags attached. and in a saleable condition. Any products that are not in saleable condition may not be exchanged ore refunded.
Once the item is received along with your exchange form, the new item will be sent immediately via 2nd class post(subject to stock availability).
Returns:
We will accept any unwanted items as long as they are unworn and in a saleable condition. We ask that all returned items are accompanied by all hang tags and original packaging.
Simply download our , fill it in and send back with the original item to the address on the form.
Your money will then process the refund back to your account (via which ever payment option you used) within 3 working days of receiving the goods back in the warehouse.

Faulty items:
If you happen to receive a faulty item, which we are delighted to say is very rare or there is something wrong with your order and it is our fault, we will do our utmost to rectify the problem as swiftly as possible.
Simply send back the faulty item, keeping a note of the cost (which will be refunded to you)
We recommend using a 1st Class Recorded Delivery option to gain proof of delivery. We unfortunately can not be held liable for items going missing in the post which are sent to us.
Once received we will send a replacement item and refund you your postage to your account (via which ever payment option you used) within 3 working days of receiving the goods back in the warehouse.
