Our warehouse will be taking a festive break from Wednesday, 23 December, and we’ll be back up and running on Friday, 2 January 2026. We’ll still be checking messages during this time, but replies may take a little longer than usual — thanks so much for your patience!
🎄 Last Christmas Delivery Date
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place it before Friday, 19 December, for Royal Mail and courier services. We will continue to dispatch orders after the 19th of December, however they may not arrive before Christmas if dispatched after the 19th.
📦 Order Fulfilment While We’re Away
Between 23 December and 2 January, our friends at Amazon MCF will be helping us ship our most popular products. A small number of items may need to wait until we’re back on 2 January 2026, but we’ll get them out to you as soon as possible.
🌍 EU & International Orders
Any orders placed after 1pm on 23 December will be dispatched when we return on 2 January 2026.

Delivery Information
GO Swim™ will always aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
Orders received past 1pm on Thursday through to Sunday may not be dispatched until the next working day (Normally Monday).
Please allow extra time for UK holidays such as Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas, and for any adverse weather conditions that may delay delivery.
